Our Aim

Our aim is to respond to your breakdown or accident as quickly as possible. We have fully trained operatives that will take care of your vehicles as if they were their own.

Service Standards

We are fully insured for carrying out vehicle recovery and transportation of disabled vehicles, unlike many 'cowboy' operators who unfortunately flood our industry!

Gatward (Maidstone) Ltd. has recently become PAS 43 accredited. This means you can relax in the knowledge that our operatives have completed a rigourous training programme in both safety and recovery methods.

24 Hour Service

A breakdown or accident can happen at anytime of the day and night and usually 'out of the blue'! One call to us and we are on our way to your rescue. " When you stop - We start !"

Usually we are able to respond to you within one hour or less of the original call, depending on location.

If you are out of area, it may be possible for us to arrange a recovery by another garage on our behalf.

Roadside Services
We are able to assist you with any breakdown at the roadside. Our service vans and operators are fully equipped to deal with many problems, getting you up and running as soon as possible.

Home Start

Gatward Recovery offer a home start service. We can work on motorcycles, cars, vans and trucks.
